Hair shears take a little longer to do than sewing scissors. Just drop them off and pick them up the next business day or market day.
If you have really expensive shears or they are damged I would recommend sending them to somebody that does mostly hair shears. I mostly do knife sharpening but I can do “easier” sharpening of your shears.
